How to get help for damage or loss
-
1-If you have hurricane insurance call
your insurance company, preferably the agent who sold you the policy,
start there, if you don’t have insurance or you need assistance with
things not covered by insurance, or immediate assistance use the
information below.
-
call FEMA- 1-800-621-FEMA and ask for
assistance, this will start the process.
-
3-Next go to or call Red Cross –
1-866-438-4636
or go to Jeff Davis Elementary School in Biloxi
Popps Ferry Elementary School in Biloxi
North Bay Elementary School in Biloxi
This will get the assistance process rolling,
FEMA may take longer, and going to the red cross family assistance shelter
is often quicker than starting it over the phone.
- All Harrison, Hancock County Schools and the cities contained within
will resume school on Monday 9/20/04
